Self Exploration Through Art Intervention Breakout Session

SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance. The art therapist leading the session will encourage participants to reconnect with their inner selves and regain a sense of purpose and meaning. This can be particularly helpful for individuals experiencing burnout, who may feel disconnected from their work, relationships, and personal goals.

During this strategy for burnout breakout session, participants will learn practical strategies to identify and overcome burnout, including mindfulness techniques, self-care planning, and resilience building. Participants will gain an understanding of the signs and symptoms of burnout and its impact on mental, emotional, and physical health. Through interactive activities and discussions, participants will leave with a personalized self-care plan and resilience plan, empowering them to prioritize their well-being and prevent future burnout.

LENS Neurofeedback

LENS Neurofeedback is a type of therapy that uses gentle electromagnetic signals to help regulate the brain's activity. By doing this, it can help improve symptoms related to conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and traumatic brain injury.

During this LENS Neurofeedback breakout session, a certified professional will place small sensors on your head to measure your brain's electrical activity. Then, they will use a device to send gentle signals to your brain that help it regulate itself. The treatment is painless and doesn't involve any needles or invasive procedures.

LENS Neurofeedback is a safe and effective way to improve symptoms related to various conditions, and it can be a helpful addition to traditional medical care.
