EMDR & LENS Therapy

> Traumatic events and bad memories can stick with you and leave you feeling very isolated. With Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy you can face those memories in a safe, non-invasive way. This is a structured therapy that will have you focus on a memory while performing eye movements. This will work to reduce the intensity and emotion linked to the memory. EMDR is extensively researched and effective in helping people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms.

LENS Neurofeedback 

> Our brains are very active all the time, always processing information. When things like stress, trauma, and anxiety are happening everyday certain areas of the brain begin to slow down. LENS, standing for Low Energy Neurofeedback system, targets those suppressed parts of the brain to get them back to functioning properly. LENS is completely safe and can help minimize symptoms of depression and anxiety and get you back to feeling like yourself.
